Classy hotel. Very good value for money. Huge bedrooms and beds and lovely bathrooms. Sparkling clean. Staff at reception very helpful- we had a problem with the toilet and it was fixed by the time we came back from breakfast! Air con spot on-just the right temperature. No fridge in room but vending maching and ice box in corridor outside. Breakfast good and varied-you could even have Bucks Fizz or a Bellini if you wanted-plenty of choice. Perhaps a little bit outside the town if you wanted to go to see flamenco - the old town was a bit of a walk. The only problem was it was a bit noisy as we were at the front of the hotel - they had good blackout blinds so the light was no problem. Enjoyed it and would stay there again.

we visited for a long weekend. The hotel is only 10mins walk to the old part of Jerez and shops, so very handy. The room we had was large and very comfortable. There is no minibar or kettle as it's on a main road, it can get rather noisy. their car park costs 7euros per day to use plus there's free internet access for those who need it. only let down were the staff. The two receptionists we met were sullen and not interested in trying to help us out with very simple queries, shame as the rest of Jerez and the people were warm and friendly. i'd recommend the hotel otherwise
