One of the most important pillars of S'Olivaret is its Restaurant, Es Lledoner, recently restored and refurbished. The restaurant takes its name from the centenary tree that presides over the main entrance. The cooking is modern, but based on traditional knowledge and Mediterranean cuisine, with natural products being the main base for flavour, balance, surprise and originality.
