Hotel Liberty details: Hotel Liberty is located in the very heart of the Prague historical center, on a pedestrian zone at the bottom of the famous Wenceslas Square. The Hotel Liberty came to it´ s existence as a result of a careful and sophisticated reconstruction of a palace built in the Art Nouveau style in the years 1894-96. Our intention has been to establish a romantic hotel with spacious rooms and suites that would however offer every comfort where you, our guests, can feel like at home.

Just come back from a great stay in prague, this hotel is very central to all main sights and everything is within easy walking distant. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. We had pre-booked a transfer from the Airport to the hotel over the internet before we travelled, because we were aware from the last time we visited prague that you can soon get ripped off just taking any old taxi. On our last visit the very kind people at the hotel (u krale jiriho) booked us a taxi at a very reasonable rate, so with that in mind we decided to let the hotel Liberty do the same for us again, WHAT A RIP OFF the taxi for 4 people cost us double what it cost us coming in, the Hotel must have been making money from the taxi firm. when we paid for the taxi, he had the amount written down what we were charged and the amount that the hotel staff must have been receiving in brackets at the side. Make sure you prebook your taxi's even using a british based firm it was much cheaper.
