Dining

In 1997, 2001 and 2004 our hotel was a laureate in the competition "Bavarian Cuisine". The criteria are e.g. freshness and quality of the dishes, service and ambiance.
For the rich breakfast buffet we only use home-made jams, sausage and ham come from our butchery. In the summer months we use salads, vegetables and herbs from our own garden.
