Food and Beverage

The main attraction for gourmets is the “Dieter Mueller” restaurant in which the 3-star chef personally prepares international meals that are rich in flavour and yet light as a feather. Ever since years Dieter Mueller is one of the famous chefs in Europe and his awarded kitchen is well-known all over the borders of Bergisch Gladbach.

Dinner: 7pm until 10pm

The Brasserie offers a French cuisine and a view of the fairy-tale park. During the summer months its sunlit conservatory is opened up on to the terrace, where guests can take their meals outdoors.

Our hotel bar is a place for personal meetings in “artistic” surroundings. Works of art in a variety of exhibitions fill the walls from floor to ceiling, and on many evenings, live jazz and piano music can be experienced. Our bar is open every day!
