We didn't pay for the stay ourselves so value for money is difficult to judge. We did, however, have a great time. The rooms were very nice and very clean. Housekeeping were very friendly and professional. Reception staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable when we asked for recommendations. When the weather was bad you could borrow an umbrella, for which you needed a deposit. But as they do want them back I understand it. The breakfast was a big plus! Very good, wide range, always enough. The hotel bar was slightly impersonal but they had a nice and wide variety of cocktails. The only real criticism I had after a very pleasant stay is the shower, which is not in a seperate bathroom. We shared a twin room which didn't give us much privacy.
