Wonderful Hotel. I stayed with my family in our first visit to Berlin and found the location to be very good for tourists. Staf was friendly, rooms are excellent and breakfast is outstanding. Swimming pool and Sauna are good too. No complaints and only praise. I strongly recomend it!

Stayed here for two nights for a business trip to Berlin. Location is not as bad as some posts would suggest - 5 minutes walk to Potsdamer Platz and 15 minutes to Brandenburg Gate. Hotel itself is very nicely done. Yes it's a conference venue, but I'd rather have the buzz of people using the lobby than to have piped muzak in an empty space. The rooms are very nice and well-equipped. The breakfast is (as others have noted) excellent. The staff were all very helpful and polite. If you stay here then you should definitely use the spa and pool.
