Moselromantik Hotel Panorama - Cochem, Germany 

We have just had a fantastic eight days atthis hotel. the staff were great and the food fantastic. The rooms are perfect (for us). We hired bikes for the day (6 euros). The drinks in bith the minibar and hotel bar we reasonably priced. The position is just right, about a 15 min walk into cochem. I would stongly recommend this hotel and we will by going again next summer.

Stayed for one night over Easter 2007. Hotel is tucked away at one end of Cochem and about 15mins from the town centre. But what a beautiful walk to the centre, along the Moselle river! We had a family room and it was huge. Pool is smallish but it was relatively empty, and we managed to have a good splash without hindrance. Buffet breakfast was great - including the option to have pancakes made for you. Nice touch! Quite a few steps dotted around the hotel, so perhaps not suitable for disabled persons - I would recommend you ring ahead and check - there may be lifts / other routes around the hotel that circumvent this problem. Staff friendly and helpful, and the language barrier was not a problem. All in all great hotel in a great location.
