Zimmer ruhig zum Innenhof, schöne Inneneinrichtung, Bad mit viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Nur der Safe im Zimmer fehlte. Frühstücksbuffet mehr als reichhaltig. Sehr freundliches Personal, egal ob am Empfang, an der Bar oder beim Frühstück. Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zur Altstadt.Auch wenn die Tiefgarage nicht günstig ist mit 11 Euro pro Tag, so gab es einen tollen Service: einen Eimer uWasser zum Scheibenreinigen. Super!!

It's difficult to be critical about this hotel. Using the Accor Group website we received a very acceptable rate for a room with an extra bed for our granddaughter (€79 per night). The room was ample for our needs and well maintained. The reception staff are all professionally trained and speak perfect English (better than the English people do!). If you read other comments you might get the wrong impression about some aspects of the hotel. True, there is NO control over the air conditioning BUT, in the same way as modern cars have climate control, the temperature is set to be the best of the worst and the worst of the best. As long as you leave your curtains closed during the day even a room facing South (which ours did!) can be kept cool and throught the night we were not cool but were reasonably comfortable. A bigger problem is that IF your room faces Grunaer Street then you MUST like the sound of trams from 05.00! Better to book early and ask for a room that does not face that street! All food in the breakfast room, restaurant and bar is first-class, as is the service. The location is just seven minutes walk to the edge of a most beautiful city but the tram goes from outside the hotel if you don't want to walk. Would we go back? Yes, undoubtedly.....and we will.
