The 163 bedrooms include 138 deluxe rooms, 24 junior suites and one expansive Presidential Suite (over 300 square metres), and have all been designed by Martin Brudnizki and his team. This progressive living culture has been described as minimalist deluxe. The hotel considers it important to make guests feel at home. Furniture and lighting have been explicitly chosen to make guests feel immediately comfortable.

Bedroom lobbies will have timber floors and full length mirrored walls, and all rooms will feature state-of-the-art technology including flat screen TVs and dedicated work stations. The suites will be spacious, with lounge and dining areas, walk-in wardrobes, dedicated dressing areas and separate guest washrooms. The bathrooms will all have separate shower units, limestone vanity tops, glass panelling and mosaic floors.

All rooms offer as well sound absorbing and self locking doors, high speed internet with 2MB per second connection, safe, minibar, trouser press, marbled mosaic bathroom with separate shower, heated floors and sound system. Some rooms come with separate wardrobe and guest toilet, French balcony, balcony or mansard.
