Stayed at the Hotel Hirsch for two nights in June. Great hotel in a beautiful town. Traditional style hotel very clean and right in the centre. Friendly staff made check in really easy. We had a lovely room to the front of the hotel which was big enough for 3 people. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose from. Roof terrace was lovely for an evening drink and the hotel has loads of traditional features which makes a lovely change from the regular hotel chain types. Only slight complaint would be the shower in our bathroom was poor but other than that it was perfect.

This was a great hotel - with fantastic service. Charming town - and great home base for seeing the castles. Everyone went over and above to look after our every need....from an iron - to an ice bucket for champagne! Apparently they have theme rooms.....which I'm srue are nice. The common areas are beautiful...and they had very low cost internet use for guests. Breakfast was also very good.
