We just got back from 5 days in this beautiful town. We where a group of 6. 4 adults 2 kids and this hotel was perfect. It was nice because it wasnt right in the centre and we rented some bikes and everyday we rode back and forth... nice idea plus the kids loved this! The breakfast was excellent and the beds! ahhhh sooooo comfortable! my husband is very picky with pillows and he loveddd them. The family was amazing and so nice! they helped us with everything! if you want a good price and dont mind 10 min commute stay here! honestly the commute is not bad! and there is a tram that takes you back and forth.. which goes by every 10 mins.. so its perfect!!!!

I traveled to Heidelberg with my husband and two small children (3 & 5 years old) and had a great stay at the Hotel Heidelberg. I called direct and was able to book adjoining rooms for 177 euros (combined). The rooms were comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was excellent and the service was great. It's a short drive from the center of town and there is available parking. We had dinner there too (which was good) and they provided coloring pencils and pages to keep the kids occuppied. They were very accommodating & friendly with the kids at all times. I definitely recommend the Hotel Heidelberg - whether you are there with kids or not.
