Hotel Domstern is located in the Domstrasse, only 200 metres from the cathedral and main station and is easily accessible by car or public transport. It is the perfect base for a city break and for business travellers.
Almost all the important sights are within walking distance. In 5-10 minutes you will reach the historical old town along the Rhine river, with bars and restaurants, the pedestrian zone with cafés and shopping, the Opera house and the world famous Cologne Philharmonie as well as several museums.
The trade fair (Köln Messe) is 2 minutes away on the train or 15 to 20 minutes walk. The trade fair in Düsseldorf is also just a short train ride away.

Travel information
If you arrive at Cologne main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) you will find our house within 5 minutes walking distance. Coming down from the platform leave via "Breslauer Platz" exit, cross the street near the orange "Kommerzhotel" and straight into "Johannisstrasse". Take the 3rd street to your left after 100 metres, into "Jakordenstrasse" which will bring you directly to Domstrasse. On the right you will see the entrance to our hotel.
