Old converted building in Central Munich next to the main railway station but definitely now an up market property. Modern in decor and room layout and room generally comfortable which is more than I can say about the bath which is the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in!! Also, when I opened the minibar - all the bottles fell out and broke - at least the hotel didn't try to charge me for them - it wasn't my fault their minibars are defective. The bistro restaurant wasn't to my taste (too trendy with no substance) but the main restaurant serves good traditional food with a smile - better to eat here, I think. The hotel is a short walk from the main shopping street in Munich so thats a good point in its favour. Staff are very friendly and efficient - all in all I would stay here again (and ask for a room with a shower!)

This was a great hotel and a great location. I was quoted a price of $169 Euro a night for 2 with a extra $50 Euro a night for a third adult. The beds were great even the roll away seemed good. They used the same bedding as they used on the main bed. Wow! When does that happen? I would have to agree about the shower once you figured it out it was great! All I can say about the service is Service Service Service!!! You have to make sure you check out the pool it's quite different but in a good way. Checking out I looked at our bill and they did not charge us for a extra person so I found this a real steal at $169 Euro. I would stay here any time in Munich.
