I had the unfortunate experience of having to spend a couple nights here. I couldn't find any hotels with decent prices available for the dates I needed and I wanted to be central. I read a couple of the reviews on here and decided I'd try it out. This place is a joke. This is a hotel way past its prime and is very poorly furnished. I had the tiniest single I've ever been in. It was difficult to even move around. The furniture seemed to be from the 70's and the bathroom was bare basics. For the price I paid (cheap for Munich but still relatively expensive) I would have expected more. Breakfast is included and could potentially be seen as the best part of this hotel but the staff is quite rude and kept clearing food of my table when I stood up to get further things from the buffet. Quite annoying....even after having asked them to leave everything as is. The reception has very uninterested staff and they really can't be seen as more than default employees. No going above and beyond. Finally, the area is shady. The area around the train station has become better but it seems like this corner of the area still has some turnaround left in it. I won't be going back here any time soon (actually no, never)! You can find better for the same price and even if it isn't as convenient, you won't regret it.

We booked Hotel for 3 days during Octoberfest. For the quaity of the hotel, the rates were way overpriced. The weather was warm and the hotel did not have airconditioning. We ask for a fan and were charged $1.50 euro per day. To park your car in their own garage, $13.00 euro per day. Internet $12.00 euro per day. To make a call using 800 numbers. $.10 euro per minute.
The staff at the front desk were less than friendly. After the first day we told them we would be checking out after two days! They said we were obligated to pay the full three day fee. We had to argue with the manager to cancel the last day.
The only good thing about the stay was an excellent breakfast.
