The building is over 100 years old and the lodge house has all modern conveniences, including tea/coffee making facilities. All rooms are en suite and are tastefully decorated. As this is a budget hotel, the rooms are not large but are comfortable, and the rates reflect this. It is an ideal location for to exploring Scotland and Edinburgh
