There no one at the front in this hotel. First we arrived at the hotel, the front door was locked and there was a letter saying that go to "hotel jessius(?)" to check-in. (that hotel is a brother hotel of this espalanade and 100 meters away from it) Finally we got a key at ANOTHER hotel and walked 100m back to our hotel. We requested a non-smoking room, but smoke-smell was all over the place, pillow, bed, everywhere. We walked back again to the 100m-away front, and told her to change the room. But she said all rooms were full (it was absolutely not true because we didn't hear nor see anybody in our hotel building and didn't see any light coming out of any window). So we had to sleep smelling cigarette smoke. Terrible, terrible place ever. Pay more and sleep at another.
