Lage in Ordnung, wir sind immer in die Stadt gelaufen, dauert ca. 20min mit der U-Bahn max. 10. Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, ruhig, die Zimmer etwas "altbacken" eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer sehr schön & sauber. Der Service lässt absolut zu wünschen übrig für ein 4-Sterne Haus. Keine Begrüßung zum Check-in z.B. wie war der Flug? Zum Frühstück wurden wir nicht mit einem netten "Good Morning" sondern "Coffee or Tea"? begrüßt. Der Check-out lief ganz katastrophal, anscheinend "störten" wir die Rezeptionistin gerade bei einer Arbeit am Computer. Keine Nachfrage, ob der Aufenthalt schön war o.ä. Das sind einfach Sachen, an denen man arbeiten kann und auch sollte. Freundlichkeit kostet nichts. Wir werden das Hotel deshalb nicht unseren Freunden oder der Familie weiterempfehlen.

We stayed in the hotel 4 nights. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel is a bit far away from the center but it did'nt be a problem to reach the center. Be carefull about the taxi drivers we came to the hotel 1 day 200 krons and from the same point the other day we paid 450!!!
