City Crown Hotel details: The Swedish owned City Crown Hotel is a small family business in a very central location, only 5 minutes on foot from the Old Town and 2 tram away from Wenceslas Square.

Lots of international restaurants can be found nearby. All 17 non-smoking rooms are furnished in Scandinavian style and are fully equipped with a refrigerator, a Sat-TV, a DVD player and a free WLAN internet access. All bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs and underfloor heating.

A welcome basket with soft drinks and other treats is offered to all guest staying 5 or more nights. The first 10 minutes of land line telephone calls within the EU or to the USA are free of charge.

This pleasant and well run hotel under Swedish ownership provides great service and comfortable rooms. The inner courtyard invites you to relax during the day.

Unfortunately the hotel has no facilities for the disabled.

"Jiřího z Poděbrad" is the local metro station from where you can quickly reach all key areas of the city. Many good restaurants can be found in the hotel's neighbourhood.

We stayed over weekend and had a good deal with parking when booked directly with hotel. Essential for us was safe parking and many hotels dont offer own garage or parking. Hotel staff were awesome! Always greeted us with a smile and helped us with trips and recommended restaurants. Rooms are very nice, good-sized well equipped with WiFi,SAT-TV+DVD, safe and refrigerator. Also bathroom are big, clean and nice. We were lucky with good weather so we could have our breakfast at hotels lovely and peaceful backyard, there you also could have coffee and biscuits hole day free of charge! We preferred walking walking in to the old city and old square with about 10-20 min. walking then going back to hotel with tram we noticed if you take another tram-stop after football-stadium you dont need to walk upphill and distance are the same. We followed staffs recommendation and found many nice local restaurants especially we liked one greek, Olympos with nice outside taverna. We think it was very good value for money and will definitely go come back again. We will recommend it to alll our friends and anyone that need a comfy and nice hotel in Prague
