we stayed at this hotel for three days. the lovcation is excellent as far as getting from Florenc Bus Tation as it can be reaced directly without stops. The tram stops dierctly in fromt of the hotel, but this is one of the problems. the noise from traffic and trams will not allow one tosleep if you have a room facing the stree. The rooms are small, beds are ather old and thereare no cahirs in the rooms, you have to sit on the bed. no shmapoo is offerd, but a very small bed is provided. the room seemed to be clean, but when an item fell behind the radiator, the dust and ahair was deep on the floor. breakfast was ok, but not anything special. orange juice seemed to be a mixture of tang and orange juice or some kind of drink. the people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. they even cahnged my single room to a locaton other than the front , but not able to do so for my freinds.
the pictures of the hotel look very nice on the internet, but they are a bit misleading. the price was not high and we chose this hotel because of the price/ class(3 star) and nothing else was availabe at a reasonable price. when we were in Prague. This hotel was classified as a 3 star,, but it is not.. it should be classifed as a 2 star, It seemed the the owner/management seed to be new/amatueurs for this converted apartment house into a hotel.
I*f you select this hotel, be sure to insist on a room not facing the street.
The local pub across the stree from the hotel was quite nice and pleasant with good food, an outdoor garden and grill.

After reading some of the other reviews of this hotel on here, I felt I should include our experience.
The hotel is, in my opinion, very good value for money. Yes it is very cheap, but also quite habitable. We went for the cheaper option as we were planning on being out all day and just wanted to use the hotel as a base. Which this was perfectly fine for. There isn't a phone or a TV in the room, but we didn't find this to be a problem as there's lots to see in Prague!
Our room was on the first floor and very convienent. The room was clean and bright. We kept the window open for the whole of the stay, but since we were at the back of the hotel this was not a problem. The hotel itself is perhaps a 15 minutes slow walk to the Charles bridge. Walking along the river is such a lovely view and really nice to do it every morning and evening. I can't believe people actually got the tram! However, I understand that some may not be as mobile as us and hence I stress that we are both in our 20's and love to walk.
I do agree partly with the comment about the reception and staff. One girl was not particularly friendly, but the other girl we met was very nice. Reception is open late - very handy for getting water and snacks on our return!
The mattresses are thin, but comfortable enough and the room was well presented when we arrived. The towels were also fine ( and not see-through!). The only problem I had with the room was that there were only two coat hangers!
One last thing - breakfast. We only tried it once and it was towards the end of the allocated time slot, but we found it to be ok for the price - about £2. However, we did run out of milk and the fruit salad had gone brown! If we had gone earlier I'm sure this wouldn't have been a problem. However, personally we found a little cafe down the road (along the river - just before the national theatre) to be better value for money. It was more expensive, but much nicer! They mainly did continental-type breakfasts, or eggs.
P.s. If you decide to stay here - the easiest way to get here is to get the no 100 bus to Zlicin from the airport, then the metro line B to Karvolo Namesti. Then find the river and follow it up two blocks. Right and right again and you should be there! And you need to buy a 20czk ticket from the airport, plus a 10czk ticket for your suitcase - which allows you on the bus and metro for 75 minutes.
