The hotel is located in a peaceful quarter of Prague's fifth district "Mala Strana", in Holeckova street, about 70 meters from the Kinsky square and the Kinsky garden. It is situated on the left bank of the Vltava river, very close to the historical centre of Prague.

The closest touristic attractions are:
- Charles Bridge (about 10 minutes walk)
- National Theatre (7 minutes walk)
- Petrin Hill with funicular (about 5 minutes walk)

The hotel has 62 rooms in total, all are fully air-conditioned and there are special sound-proof windows. All rooms have comfortable Italian furnishing, as well as electronic door locking device, which is used for high security. Antique furniture and historical impression of these rooms will make your relax very comfortable.

At the beginning of this year 15 rooms were completely refurbished and for winter 2007 is planned renovation of all other rooms.

Most of the rooms overlook Kinsky garden and some of the rooms are situated in the courtyard.

The rich buffet breakfast is served daily from 7:00 until 11:00 in the hotel restaurant Bistrot that boasts a superb view of the Kinsky gardens.

Besides an extensive menu with international dishes you can savour some specialities of the day. Our Czech cooks specialize in traditional local dishes. Due to the hotel's Italian management and the Italian style of our hotel, we are also offering Italian cuisine. Our cooks are well trained by our chef from Tuscany and the preparation of the dishes is strictly based on the original recipes. A vast selection of local and international wines enchants every connoisseur. Baby menus or gala dinner menus for special occasions will be prepared upon request.

The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 until 14:30 for lunch and from 18:00 until 22:30 for dinner.

stayed at the kinsky garden for 3 nights me and the wife the hotel is spotless clean and the rooms are a good size its not right in the center of prague but its close enough to walk which we did on a few occassions if you come out of the hotel doors and turn right there is a tram stop at the bottom of the road that will take you into the center of prague in about 4 mins the breakfast is self service and should cater for any taste bacon scrambled eggs sausage or fresh rolls cheese hams cereal this will set you up for the busy day ahead looking around the wonderfull city of prague i would definitley use the kinsky garden hotel again and recommend it to family and friends

Very nice hotel. Clean, functional, corteous staff, AIR CONDITIONED. Good location, granted it it not right at the city center, you can get there easily by walking or by taking the tram. Tram station a couple of steps away, takes you right to the train station (Praha Holesovice). Great location for Prague castle. Good breakfast, which is included. Definitely recommend this hotel, it is above the european standard, particularly beacuse of the air conditioning.
