Hotel Apollo - Prague, Czech Republic     

We saw this hotel online but decided to book through a travel agents anyway. The accommodation is basic but thats pretty much what we expected for the price. The rooms are small and the walls quite thin! We had read some bad reviews before we went but must have been lucky as the hotel was quiet when we stayed. The lady on reception was very helpful with all matters relating to our stay, she gave us info on tours, transport etc. Breakfast is not much more than toast and cereal but we found this adequate. Although this hotel is further out of Prague we found getting around really easy after difficulties in initially finding the hotel! but we did go it alone with the public transport and a map! But the public transport is fantastic and so cheap. If you want budget accommodation and don't mind using public transport this hotel should serve you just fine.

L'Hotel Apollo è appena fuori dal centro, molto vicino alla astazione metro (C) di Kobylisy, 3 fermate dal centro città.Prima di partire eravamo seriamente preoccupati, visto che dalle precedenti recenzioni sembrava essere un hotel orribile. E' risultato essere il contrario. E' adatto ad una clientela giovane e senza troppe pretese ma visto l'economicità del prezzo la cosa è prevedibile. L'hotel è senza ascensore e le stanze sono distribuite su 4 piani. All'arrivo l'accoglienza è stata simpatica e la nostra stanza situata al 4° piano era graziosa, pulitissima e la doccia ottima. La colazione era a buffet-breakfast con varie opzioni ed era più che decente. Il personale dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo ed ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio. Il mio giudizio complessivo su questo hotel è buono ma ripeto è adatto ad una clientela e senza troppe pretese. La distanza dal centro è veramente breve. Penso che torneremo molto presto all'hotel Apollo, vista la buona esperienza avuta
