Hotel is located in a very nice part of Paris, on rue Dageurre you can find lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bakeries and many shops, there is actually little market there, it is not too far away from the city centre, close to metro stations so there is an easy access to places you are going to see in Paris, very easy connection to CDG airport - 7 min to RER station - you go directly to the airport.
About hotel: very positive general impression, rooms are spotlessly clean, no unpleasant smell, staff helpful, yes I agree lift is extremely small, reasonable price, I booked this hotel via Internet - any problems. I recommend this hotel.
