Nice hotel-cum-pub-cum-restaurant, very central. Room on the small side, but comfortable and clean, no complaints. Food very good, both breakfast and evening meal, and service quick and friendly.
As is often the case, little hotels like the Lamb offer a quite different experience to the big city-centre hotels, and are commonly far better value. That was certainly the case in this instance, and I would go back again without hesitation.

My Husband and I were not very happy with the waitress service. Food okay. Expected warm friendly feeling - but no. Many staff none English. Have no idea of our requirements. Badly trained at the Hotel. Room very clean. Many items in the room not working. Only ate there first day. Lovely situated pity could make more of the position in Ely. Ely is lovely though.
