A typical Raffles experience. Wonderful old building with big rooms, excellent location within walking distance to famous places and shopping area, courteous and friendly staff and an excellent but cheap seafood buffet. This was the best hotel on our China trip
(Beijing/Xian/Shanghai).

Excellent hotel. We used 5 star hotels in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Xian duirng this trip before arriving in Beijing. Undoubtedly the best hotel during out trip. Living in Sydney, it was great to hear that the hotel manager and his assistant were both Aussies from Sydney.
Excellent check -in, even served a welcome cocktail while waiting for our paperwork to be completed, great rooms and service during breakfast was very attentive.
Highly recommend this for a memorable stay in Beijing.
