I expected more in a 5-star hotel, but still it was quite good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is perhaps the best situated in Graz. A.P. 48, Thessaloniki, Greece

Wir (meine frau und ich) hatten eine Suite mit Schloßbergblick gebucht - bekamen das vermutlich letzte Zimmer im Haus. Abgewohnter 80er Stil, seither kaum renoviert, Blick in den (extrem schäbigen) Innenhof. Weit, weit weg von 5 Sterne Niveau. Dass wir moderner Architektur mehr abgewinnen können sei an dieser Stelle festgehalten (Vigilius in Südtirol!) - klassische Hotels haben jedoch auch Riesencharme - nur sollten sie nicht abgewohnt sein!! Sehr freundliches, bemühtes Personal konnte die Probleme leider nicht vergessen machen. Das vorab bezahlte Zimmer wurde uns nochmal in Rechnung gestellt (sonntags war logischerweise keinZuständiger erreichbar), nach hinterlassen meiner Kreditkartennummer checkten wir dann aus (abgebucht wurde der Betrag dann aber nicht) Conclusio: Lage toll, Frühstück toll, Personal absolut ok. Zimmer extrem schwach für 5 Sterne
