The Hotel Bristol is everything you would expect from an independent hotel, each room is individually styled, the service is fantastic and each guest is made to feel important. The staff are so helpful and respond to every request with a smile.. An amazing experience! We stayed at the Bristol for 6 nights (19th - 25th May) as we were getting married in Salzburg. We booked 7 rooms in the hotel for friends and family. Each room was lovely, spotlessly clean and full of charm. The breakfast each morning was lovely, lots of choice, excellent service and a chef who would happily accommodate every request. If you like modern hotels then this is probably not the place to stay. The Bristol is like stepping back in time to a more glamourous era - chandeliers, high ceilings, ornate decoration and antique furniture. But for a truly unforgettable experience, in a beautiful location just behind Mirabell Gardens this hotel can't be beaten. All the main attractions are within a 10 minute walk and the Mozart Cafe opposite the hotel comes highly recommended - try the Mozart Chokolate and apple strudel!! Some people have said in earlier reviews that they found the rooms that overlooked the road noisy - we all had rooms that overlooked the street (and came with a beautiful view of the fortress) and we can honestly say that we did not experience any noise at all. Salzburg is an amazing city, the Bristol is a lovely hotel. We can't wait to go back again to celebrate our first wedding anniversary next year.

This hotel is well-decorated, the staff are nice and pay attention to clients' request. It was our honeymoon stay plus one of the day is my husband's birthday. The hotel suprised us by giving a champange during night-time of the day! The breakfast is very good, great varieties and very tasty! we loved and impressed by this hotel after all! ~~
