Check in / front desk
2.0
The very first minute you enter your room, you feel like you are in a hospital. Big rooms, very cheap decoration, but at least clean. I traveled by car and I coudn't park it in the hotel parking because - they said - it was full. In fact, in Vienna finding a parking place is a nightmare, all over the town. I strongly suspect that the parking was in fact full of cars that didn't belong to the tourists. Staff was awfull, not at all kind. The lady at the front desk just told me to put the car were I could find a place but not in front of the hotel, since it was forbidden. She didn't care. I quote: "The parking is full... Maybe tomorrow".
