After reading some great reviews, my husband and I booked this hotel. Although it was clean, there were many other down points. The rooms were smokey, pillows were flat, breakfast such as cheeses tasted stale, most of the staff members were very rude and we found the location to be a bit out of the way. Pay a little more and stay near the centre of Vienna.
