Overpriced average hotel mainly visited by tourist groups.
One star for the scam we experienced when ordering a taxi for the airport. The reception desk booked a private chauffeur service which cost 50% more than a normal taxi.

Check in / front desk
2.0
I went on a "first class" five country tour of Central and Eastern Europe. The accomodations were actually very good in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Germany. I was shocked at the poor accomodations at the Austria Trend Ananas in Vienna. My single room was smaller and dirtier than the youth hostels I stayed at in Amsterdam and Berlin 10 years ago. I don't even think the room would be fit for a college dormatory. The carpet was filthy and the shower had visible stains between the tiles. After walking for what seemed like forever from the elevator to my room, I learned that the first key card they gave me didn't work. I had to travel back to the lobby and they provided me TWO new key cards - only one of which actually worked.
Since I stayed here as part of a tour, I had no choice. If you have a choice, DO NOT spend your money on this DUMP!
