Best Western Hotel City Central - Vienna, Austria 

We arrived exhausted after a transatlantic flight and the front desk clerk checked us in, served us free coffee and juice, and let us wait about 20 minutes until a room was ready at 10 am! We were thrilled to be able to nap for a few hours before heading out for the evening, and have rarely found rooms in Europe that allowed us access to our room before early afternoon. Breakfast was great, staff was helpful, and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Only problem was that our A/C shut off from midnight till 5am each night- when we asked, we were told that thermostat has a timer and we needed to reset the timer, which was certainly not clear from the instructions on the thermostat. We also were under the impression from previous posts that the internet access was free, but that is no longer the case- had to pay 1E for each 15 mins online, which was annoying. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great service,friendly and professional staff team, superb breakfast buffet, comfortable and clean rooms Very convenient located, just few minutes walk from the Old Center. I will definetly stay there again
