This is an OK 3 1/2 star hotel, with nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and convenient location. However our stay was marred by an intermittent loud buzz from the airconditioner, even when switched off. We reported it Thursday and by the time we left Sunday it was just the same. They moved us to the next room on Friday, but in the quiet of the night it was still audible. We had very little sleep the first night, as it varied between once every two minutes to a peak of every ten seconds around 4am and we received no compensation whatsoever.
There were also sloppy things like no bath towels (we eventually got hold of one only) and no replenisment of the tiny bottle of shampoo, which ran out first shower.

I've stayed at the Austria Trend Rathauspark for two nights with a friend, to join other friends staying there.
The location is great, just 5 minutes walk from the U-bahn (Rathaus or University stops, U2), a few steps from the Rathaus and a nice 20 minutes walk from the Opera.
The staff at the reception was kind and helped us for any need. They also changed our room when we asked for a toiled with bath tub and not only shower.
The rooms are nice, contemporary furniture, very comfortable beds. Some have a small table + armchair. The wi-fi connection is very expensive but you can have a LAN cable at the reception and connect for free, and also there's 2 computers available for guests in the lobby, comfortable and with a nice bar.
Breakfast was very good, with a large choice (from eggs, bacon, sausages to a large selection of fruit and cakes).
I'll definitely will come back again!
