The hotel was difficult to find, since the address at their email lead to another hotel (Hotel Congres). The hotel is at the main street, but you need to know the address precisely (Gediminas 12) to notice the black glass door. The location is great, but the rooms to the main street are noisy. There was a breakfast at Hotel Congres at Vilniaus Street, but the reception told me this just prior to my leave. The reception will hand you a coupon for breakfast and you will need to go to that hotel about 5 minutes of walking away. Anyway, there is a good breakfast at Restaurant Cozy for example, too, if you like to get up later than 10 or 11 in the morning.The room was tidy but slightly old-fashioned.

I spent Easter 2008 in Vilnius, it was my third time in this city, and I chose the hotel much based upon the location. It is located close to everything, in Vilnius' main street, Gedimino. Unfortunately, the windows do not keep the noise out, so I highly recommend earplugs to get a good night's sleep. It was a chilly Easter in Vilnius, and unfortunately the rooms were also quite cold. We were met by friendly staff in the reception when we asked if it was possible to turn up the heat, but ended up getting extra blankets -sleeping under a pile of them is maybe not the most comfortable way to sleep, but it kept us warm. The stay was inexpensive, and you get what you pay for. If you are comfortable sleeping with earplugs, don't plan on spending too much time in the hotel, and go in a warmer season, I recommend this hotel. :-)
