We stayed at the Arabella on Starwood points and we were delighted with our choice. The location was great and the room had all necessary amenities including a large modern bathroom. We were on the club floor which ,meant we had a lovely breakfast in the restaurant at the top of th hotel each morning as well as drinks and snacks at night. Terrific view.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again even if I was paying the rate.

Was in Cape Town for a one night business stay and, in that brief time, found the Sheraton Grand a very good experience:- helpful and pleasant staff; a high standard of both common parts and bedrooms (at least mine on the SPG 15th floor), including a thoroughly excellent bathroom (heated floor very luxurious); comfortable bed; good choice and quality of buffet breakfast. The central location was very helpful in rushing out for some quick souvenir shopping. Highly recommended.
