Stayed for a 2 night break with some missgivings having read the previous review , but very pleasantly surprised.
Hotel was very clean ,warm (despite the rainy/cold weather) and although we had to go across the road to the 'guesthouse' ,thoughtly enjoyed our stay.
Staff were friendly and helpfull ,especially in the resturant were the food was exellent ,hot , and well presented.
Good value for money !

This was the included hotel on a Shearings Coach Holiday to the Christmas Markets.
ONn entry to room, it was freezing cold-heating was turned off, despite coach driver giving our ETA.
Double room was barely large enough for the bed.
Was told 'you are stupid' when complained no water in toilet-nobody came-fixed it myself.
Food was appalling-no choices. Lengthy wait to be served. Given soup plate of dirty dishwater complete with grease floating on top. Bread Roll would cost e3.50.Not eaten.
Long delay -served veal cutlet, 3 crequette potatoes & spoonful of peas!
More delay-watery chocolate mousse,. No coffee offerred.
Breakfast next day-from 7am. Entered room at 7.10--only 2 slices of cheese left-not replenished!
Should have had another 'evening meal', chose to eat out.Staff were surly and watched everyone's movements
