Very friendly - staff could not be more helpful or polite. Very accomodating with allowing us to check in early. Good coffee machine available 24 hrs and an honesty bar. Rooms very clean and the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. A bit expensive but worth it for a treat.
