The Killeen House is absolutely charming. We stayed for 2 nights and are seriously considering coming back here for our 25th wedding anniversary--when we'll stay a week. Mike came into breakfast on our first full day, walked right up to our table, called us by name and said he had come looking for us the evening before but we must have slipped out when he wasn't looking. He welcomed us to the Killeen House Hotel, asked our plans for the day, loaded us up with maps, shortcuts and advice and sent us on our way. That night at dinner, he came to our table and asked questions about where we had been. And Geraldine was just as helpful. Rozzers is a true find. We had dinner there one time and it was the best meal we had in Ireland. The whole inn is truly a pleasure, a hidden gem, 5 minutes drive from the hub-bub of Killarney but quiet and secluded on its own country lane. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Killeen House Hotel and enjoyed every moment. It well and truly lived up to all of the great reviews on this website. Although neither of us golf, we never once felt out of place. Geraldine, Michael and their staff are excellent hosts - we couldn't have asked for more from them. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely bathroom. Despite the cold, rainy weather, the hotel was always cosy and warm. It was a pleasure to return to after a day out. Rozzers restaurant is fantastic and we ended up eating there on all three nights. We really enjoyed our pre-dinner drinks in the bar! The breakfast menu is fabulous, and we loved the fact that it wasn't just a standard breakfast buffet. Here, your food is cooked to order, which gives a lovely feeling of personal attention. We can't recommend this place highly enough!
