We have just returned from our trip to Tuscany and Farneta doesn't worth the money we paid. The room was clean but the whole hotel had that bad smell of closed things. We paid 95 euros for a hotel that should be 60 euros maximum. I wouldn't go back and I would only recommend it to backpackers.
