Had a good room ,adequate bathroom but the terrace/balcony was fantastic and we changed our plans to spend most of a day hanging out there. Hotel is twin of more expensive one in Positano and share a private boat with them which you can book on for free (!) for a tour of the coast.
They also bring breakfast to your room willingly.
The night porter was hilarously drunk one night when we came back after an Italy football match.
We were being a bit stupid and drove right past the parking lot as it is signed 'hotel miramare' as the two words are used interchangeably.
There are lots of stairs to/from and in the hotel.
