It was near the airport

The windows did face a "slope" + general feeling : it should not be that expensive !

easy airport access thanks to frequent shuttle, very nice hotel with a comfortable bed, top-notch facilities, and high standards of cleanliness. Nice also to have a non-smoking room in Switzerland.

Too expensive. Breakfast and internet should be included in the price.

Poor air conditioning in the unrenovated part. Dirty bed linen, carpet stains and cigarette burns on the furniture. Will go back to the Best Western Airport next time.

The forest walking path around the hotel.

It was a 2 star hotel, at 5 star prices. I realize it's in Switzerland, around a busy airport while the Euro Cup was on. But still at that price I would expect it to have an indoor pool. Also, the carpet was pretty much threadbare and badly needed replacing. I expected more out of a Hilton branded hotel.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked chairs near the entrance to sit on while waiting for the hotel airport shuttle bus

Based on the fact the hotel is under renovation and the room offered was a very old room(all still well functioning) the room was charged as a modern room and it certainly did not meet modern standards that could be expected off this hotel!
