"We stayed at Viesnica "Best" in Riga for 4 nights in the last week of December 2006. Allthough the somewhat "worn-out" neighbourhood, the Hotel was in very good condition. The staff was always friendly, polit, service-minded and spoke very good English, Russian and even Swedish. Our room was very spacious..."
