nice and quiet area, we enjoy to have an umbrella and chairs on the big beach. The swimming pool was cold but nice to have a drink on the end of the day. The rooms are quiet and clean. We regret to have an awfull orange juice at breakfast.

Other than the fact that the doorknob was not repaired as requested until I brought it down and set it in front of the front desk clerk 2 days after first reporting it, this hotel is fine. I live in Italy and am always critical of the practice of taking phone calls in the middle of personal transactions. It seems as though the customer service of this hotel was typical for Italy but lacking with respect to many of the other locations. If you are not a half/full board guest, your breakfast table is assigned in the furthest part of the dining room. The staff were slightly surly to many of the guests. The location in Bibione is great! In the summer, there are nightly free films for kids under the stars, the beach is a reasonable walk from the hotel but the beach is clean and well attended. This hotel does provide umbrellone and chairs which is nice for the price. Overall, the hotel is a 2-3 star ranking anything more than that is not accurate. As a side note, the train station is about 45 minutes by bus (which is not all that regularly run) from the hotel - better to have a car.
