It offers an entrance, a large living/sitting room wih small balcony, fully fitted kitchen with integrated dining room, a very spacious and large double bedroom, with small balcony, one large twin bedroom, bathroom, a second toilet, a spacious attic room leading onto a large roof terrace with views looking onto the church of Maria della Salute (an architectual marval) This is an extremely spacious, comfortable and beautiful apartment.

We were six women sharing the flat. We all agree that the flat was in an very interesting area of Venice and within easy access of all the places we had planned to see. The flat itself was quite spacious. However, the sofa bed in the living room was not very suitable for a good night's sleep. And one of the toilets was rather akward to flush as a "device" was broken! We were welcomed by a young woman, Monica, who was very frienly and helpful on our arrival. LN Denmark

We were very satisfied, allthough there were some smaller defects. The sofa was not good to sleep in for 2 adults, the shower curtain was missing in one bathroom and close to falldown in the other. We were 6 adults, and there were only 4 good chairs on the roofterrace. 2 older ones were partly damaged.

The apartment was perfect for us as it was spacious and we had a 2 year old toddler. Only slight problem was that no cot was available - although one had been booked.

We enjoyed out stay but we did not have the advertised roof terrace available to us due to the key being lost. However, the owners did not seem to care that we could not use it, even though it was an advertised feature of the appartment. This soured our experience and we have asked for some monetary compensation. We are still waiting to hear from yourselves on this complaint.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIME
The apartment is delivered from 15.00 o'clock of the arrival day and must be left within 10.00 o'clock of the last day of Your stay.
At Your arrival a representative of Dimora Veneziana will wait for You, at the pubblic boat line station closest to the apartment, to give You the keys and the first usefull informations. The keys delivery takes place also in our Point Office.
After You have entered the apartment, You will be asked to sign the list of the existing objects. If you discover that an item in the inventory is damaged, you must report it at latest within 12 am of the day after Your arrival, otherwise our society will not be responsible for such item.
On request, Dimora Veneziana arranges the transfer from the airport, the railway station or Piazzale Roma (car terminal) to the located apartment and back, with settled water-taxi.
To make Your arrival simpler, we beg You to tell us (by phone, fax or e-mail) Your means of transport, as well as the number of Your flight, train or if You arrive in Venice by car. In this way we could suggest You the best way to reach Your apartment or our office.
Prices are including VAT tax, incoming service in/out, final cleaning, linen laundry (all linen is provided in any of our flat).
On request: daily flat reset events and restaurants booking transfer service to and from the airport rail station car terminal.
