This was the first time in Iguazu and Hotel Carmen. The facility was clean and extremely basic and there was some problems as well. First night only 1 of the 4 lamps in the rooms was lit. During the night one light suddenly lit. Next day they fixed those so that we had 3 lamps working. Also on the second morning we didn't have any hot water which they fixed in appr. 30 minutes. There was one very friendly and attentive guy at the front desk but the others were more or less grunting and looking the other way if you trying to make any contact with them.
