This centric and luxury apartment has two levels. On the ground floor you can find the nice and cozy living room with fully equipped kitchenette, with laundry machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave and baking oven. Between the living room and the kitchen there is a small bar where you can eat your breakfast or just drink something after an exiting day in Barcelona.

On the same level you also can find the bathroom with bath and two sleeping rooms. One with a double bed and the other one with two twin beds. On the second level you can find some space to sit down and relax and two more twin beds, which makes this apartment perfect for a stay with 6 people. On top of the apartment you can find a huge roof terrace with some chairs to enjoy the sun or eat your breakfast under the Spanish sun.

Accomodation was excellent, terrace and facilities and equipment were excellent. The appartment surroundings were not great, with many dangerous parts very close. However we had no problems whatsoever, and therfore it wasnt a real problem. While the location seemed bad, it was really close to everything else, like La Ramblas.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By public transportation
The nearest underground stop is Liceu, on the L3 green line.

By airplane
From Barcelona-El Prat international airport, take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya. Then take the underground L3 green line towards Zona universitària and step off at Liceu. You will find the property only a few minutes walking distance.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: guests need to collect their keys for the apartments from Marquès de Barberà, 27 in Barcelona. The office hours are Monday to Friday, from 9.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. If arriving before or after office hours, please call +34 619201 016.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
