It is charming, sparkling clean, and across the road from a lovely beach. The hotel staff (K. Dermatzakis and family) could not have been more welcoming and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Agios Nikolaos. It is difficult to find because the streets of the town are narrow and one-way. Signage could be greatly improved. |

It is a lovely small family-run hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! They were very generous, eg providing use of the internet, being very flexible about unusual arrival and departure times. I highly recommend this hotel! |

We were very impressed with the Palazzo Apartments. The staff treated us like one of the family. We stayed as part of our honeymoon, and they gave us a card, flowers and chocolates when we arrived. We very much look forward to visiting again. |
